A useful no-account blood pressure app should let you record a reading before asking for an email address. But no account, free, offline, private, and no ads are different promises. An app can satisfy one and not the others.

This article does not name an available universal winner because that would require current, region-specific verification of every store build, price, privacy label, and permission screen. It explains the decision and states exactly where Tansira fits: a free no-account core, non-personalized ads, optional connected features, and no store release yet.

First, the app does not measure blood pressure

Use a validated automatic upper-arm cuff with the correct cuff size. The American Heart Association recommends home monitoring with an upper-arm device, and the U.S. Blood Pressure Validated Device Listing publishes monitors that meet its review criteria.

The cuff produces the measurement. The app records, organizes, classifies, or shares it.

What “no account” should mean

For core use, a no-account app should allow you to:

  • enter and view readings without creating a profile;
  • use the basic log without a network connection;
  • export or back up data through a clearly explained choice; and
  • understand which optional feature changes the data boundary.

It should not imply that every feature is permanently device-only. A health-platform permission, cloud backup, family-sharing link, crash report, or ad SDK can have a different boundary from the local log.

Apple says the Health app can accept manually entered data and data from permitted apps or devices. Health data may remain on the device or sync through iCloud, depending on settings.   1. whether the first reading can be entered without sign-up;
