Stay connected to your loved one's health
Tansira Family Sharing links your phone to a family member's so you can view their readings on your own device, get notified of crisis-level readings instantly, and share PDF reports for doctor appointments, all with end-to-end encryption.
Getting started in four steps
Your loved one downloads and sets up Tansira
They install the app, set up their profile, and start logging readings. No account or internet connection is required for this step.
Send a Family Sharing invite
Family Sharing needs a free account, so both phones sign in with Google or Apple first (this is what turns on the encrypted syncing; the offline tracking in step one never needs an account). On their phone, go to Settings → Family Sharing → Invite. The app generates a 6-character code and a QR code valid for 24 hours.
Accept the invite on your phone
On your phone, tap Accept Invite and scan the QR code or type the 6-character code. Both devices are now securely linked with end-to-end encryption.
Enable crisis notifications (optional)
Toggle on crisis alerts in the Family Sharing settings. You'll receive a push notification the moment they log a dangerously high reading, without seeing their exact BP numbers.

Common caregiver questions
- On their phone, go to Settings → Family Sharing → Invite. This generates a 6-character code and QR code valid for 24 hours. On your phone, tap Accept Invite and scan the QR code or type the code. Both devices are now linked.
- Yes, if they enable crisis notifications for your relationship. You'll receive a push notification the moment they log a reading at or above the crisis threshold. The notification shows their name but not their BP numbers, preserving privacy while still enabling a prompt check-in.
- Yes. Their blood pressure values are encrypted on their device before they leave it. The server never holds their readings in plain text. They can revoke your access at any time from Settings → Family Sharing, which immediately removes their data from your device.
- Yes. Their readings sync to your device so you can review them anytime, and a print-ready PDF report (reading history, averages, and a trend chart) can be exported from the app's Analytics page and shared via email, AirDrop, or any share-sheet method. No account login is required to export.
